If you do not live local to us but fancy one of products we are happy to post out via Royal Mails Tracked 24 Delivery Service
​
All orders placed by 3pm on Monday to Friday will be sent out via Royal mail the same Day.
​
​We have been using this service for the last 6 Months and 97% of our orders arrive the very next day especially if ordered by 1pm, this includes Saturday deliveries.
​
Although we mail out using the 1st Class Delivery service Royal mail them selves do not guarantee next day delivery and ask us to allow a minimum of 72 hours for delivery to Happen.
​
If you have not recieved your parcel after 3 days feel free to contact us and we will track the order for you.
​
Royal mail will not authorise refunds until the package has been missing for 8 days.
​
For extra peace of mind we send a note of the Royal Mail tracking number we are issued and send it via email so you have the tracking number yourself.
​
We offer just one flat rate of Postage of £4.50 to ensure everyone gets treated the same.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer a same day delivery service with all orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday which will be delivered by 6pm. We do not deliver on Weekends or Bank Holidays so orders placed during these periods will be delivered on the very next working day. The fee for this is a fixed fee of £5.00 which when you think most local deliveries will be 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back to the store and includes someones time and fuel and unlike certain national same day delivery companies the prices charged are exactly the same as you would pay walking into the store plus the fixed delivery fee.

COLLECT FROM STORE

We are very fortunate that our retail neighbours at Vape Corner 7 Magnolia House Church Street Exmouth Ex8 1Pe are happy for orders to be left with them by us for you to collect. Please allow 60 minutes from ordering to collecting. The collection times are 10.30 - 5pm Monday to Saturday. We do not offer uniform of collection service on a Sunday or Bank Holiday - Collections will require proof of purchase before the purchase will be given out.
